We are in network with Medicare. We do not participate in any commercial insurance plans. If you have out of network benefits, we can provide superbills for you to submit for reimbursement.

Costs of Service

The fee for an initial evaluation is $225, and follow-up sessions are $175.

Packages are discounted as follows:
• 5 sessions for $800 ($160 per session)
• 8 sessions for $1,200 ($150 per session)

We also offer discounted rates for school teachers and healthcare workers. Please feel free to inquire for details.

Prescriptions

You do not need a physical therapy prescription to receive treatment. However, some insurance companies (including Medicare) require a physician referral to justify payment.

What to expect at your first visit

At your first visit, we’ll review your health history, current concerns, and movement goals. A comprehensive assessment will evaluate your strength, flexibility, balance, posture, movement patterns, and functional performance.

This information helps us create a personalized plan of care, including your treatment goals, recommended visit frequency, and expected duration of care.
