We are in network with Medicare and offer courtesy out of network billing for some Medicare Advantage plans. If you have out of network benefits with any other payer, we can provide superbills to submit for reimbursement.

Costs of Service

For out of network physical therapy services, the fee for an initial evaluation is $250 and a follow up session is $200. A 10% discount is applied for purchase of a package of 5 or more sessions. We offer a discounted rate to public school teachers and city health workers.

Prescriptions

You do not need a physical therapy prescription to receive treatment. However, some insurance companies (including Medicare) require a physician referral to justify payment.

What to expect at your first visit

At your first visit, we will review your health history, current concerns, and physical therapy/movement goals. A comprehensive assessment will evaluate your strength, flexibility, balance, posture, movement patterns, and functional performance. This information will help us to create a personalized plan of care, including treatment goals, visit frequency, and the expected duration of care.
